Morphologist User Friendly¶

git repository on github. Access rights on the repository, or access via svn, still have to be established.

Requirements¶

To be usable, the new Morphologist needs the following software to be installed:

• Axon, version 4.4 (currently, svn, trunk branch)
• Soma-Workflow
• Anatomist, version 4.4 (currently, svn, trunk branch)
• Morphologist, Axon-based, version 4.4 (currently, svn, trunk branch) and all its dependencies (including the above ones)
• SPM8 standalone, as installed in /i2bm/local
  Without it, the normalization step will not work.
• SPM8 standalone should be configured in Axon configuration
